German citizens revealed Jewish neighbors’ hiding places to the Gestapo or who spat on Jews they happened to pass on the street. Yanked from their homes, endured chronic days of physical labor without pay, and Jewish women, as further humiliation, were forced to use their underwear as cleaning rags on floors and in toilets. Recently, twins were allegedly abused by their foster parents --In one of the largest settlements against the Oregon Department of Human Services, $2 million has been agreed to be paid into a fund for the future care of the twins.
Being kept in makeshift cages -- cribs covered with chicken wire secured by duct tape -- in a darkened bedroom known as "the dungeon," they often went without food, water or human touch. The floor of the children's room was covered in garbage and their sheets were saturated in dried excrement and urine. The windows of the room were blacked out.
Nearly comatose from lack of medical attention, one twin resorted to hitting his head against his crib to relieve the pressure from brain damage. Post-traumatic stress disorder are in the bottom 1 percent developmentally of children their age.
Parents who battle for their children are helpless with the neglect endured under foster care and can be so severe parents and children will need care for the rest of their lives. (or the formerly oppressed classes’ ascension to political power.)
State and Federal Courts have granted civil right verdicts to some American citizens, but not one for this author. Regardless, Greg Kafoury, a prominent civil attorney in Portland says, "There's no one to bring a case. There's no one who's sophisticated on their side. Without the threat of legal action, the state agency has little incentive to change. "
State policy is constantly violated. Caseworkers are required to have face-to-face contact with children at least once a month, but they often skipped visits, sometimes phoning instead. One caseworker noted that while visiting the home, the children were brought into a common room, where they squinted at the daylight. State workers also don't check to make sure children are regularly taken for medical care. "They just started warehousing children in a dungeon of sorts.“
Employees who monitor living conditions in foster homes “are now“ required, for instance, to walk through "each and every" room twice each year -- including the garage. In other words, they must now perform more than a superficial inspection.
What goes wrong whenever a child dies or is seriously injured either under state supervision or after abuse was reported has failed to make a full and public accounting of maltreatment in foster care. “Child-privacy” laws prevent them from explaining why. Meanwhile, foster parents can be taking in as much as $90,000 a year tax-free for caring for up to six children at a time. Still, in every case where taxpayers are financing abuse or neglect of a child, surely, the public has the right to know.
Families go to elaborate lengths to hide the abuse to deceive visitors and DHS caseworkers. But, they say, it's true, they'd covered the cribs in a mesh -- not chicken wire. The mesh was for the children's safety, to keep them from crawling out and getting into trouble.
But the settlement doesn't begin to answer the questions raised by this case, including some basics. Should these high-need, high-risk babies have ever been placed with aging foster parents who had their own issues and who were, at times, apparently overwhelmed with four other children to oversee?
Was this case an aberration or did it involve a systemic failure? Did lack of supervision or the department's chronic under funding contribute to the mistreatment of these twins?
If a girl isn’t giggly and stupid, she can be considered dangerous-paranoid. Danger can cling to every nuance while all legal activities are deemed illegal. Obsessed with pest control, women can be declared a nuisance and sent to prison without due process. With slaughterhouse justice, all the trappings of piety outlawed and using the recategorizing of manly metaphors, the psyche of women can be reclassified as repugnant and sinister.

Resolving internal displacement are inextricably linked with the achievement of lasting peace and the protection of internally displaced person. Internally displaced persons should have a right to return to their domicile in dignity. However, the primary duty and responsibility to prevent internal displacement, to protect and assist the displaced, and to provide them with durable solutions are not accommodated by those who have the ability, the resources, and especially those who have suffered the same.

Rebecca Roth: A Woman Detained In Mexico
Rebecca Roth was a citizen in the U.S. with good standing and no prior criminal record. She is divorced and was the mother of two young boys at the time. Roth is in a Mexican prison because for three months, in 2001, she paid utility bills and made travel arrangements for Alyn Waage. He was convicted in 2005 for running a giant Internet Ponzi scheme and is serving a 10-year sentence in the U.S. Roth has languished in a Mexican women's prison one hour from Guadalajara in Central Mexico since February 2006.
Roth bought a store in Puerto Vallarta and began selling ceramics. Sometime in December 2000, Roth met Allyn Waage. Waage persuaded Roth she ought to work for him, saying her boutique was a losing proposition.
Roth took the job and in January 2001 reported to work at Waage's office in the basement of his house, according to Mexican authorities. The $2.2 million home in Puerto Vallarta Mexico had a vanishing-edge pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean, floor-to-ceiling windows, three stories, five bedrooms and a spiraling staircase with a wrought-iron handrail and called Tri-West Investment Club. Roth describes her duties as mundane. She says she did everything from arranging travel accommodations for Waage's other employees to making dinner reservations to paying bills. Alyn Richard Waage, is said to have defrauded 13,000 people of at least $53 million in a Ponzi scheme. A Ponzi scheme operates much like a pyramid scheme, except it's run by a central individual or organization rather than a hierarchy of investors responsible for recruiting new ones. In April 2001, Waage was arrested stepping off a Learjet in Puerto Vallarta. He was carrying $4.5 million in cash. He was extradited to the U.S. in 2002 and pleaded guilty in 2003. In 2005, he was sentenced to 10 years in a North Carolina federal prison on charges of mail fraud and money laundering. According to the U.S. Department of Justice, Waage was guilty of running one of the largest Internet-based Ponzi schemes in U.S. history. Investors, who were solicited over the Internet, thought Waage was investing their money in bank securities that would more than double their money each year, when in reality, he was using their funds to pay earlier investors and line his own pockets.
Nearly one year after Allyn Waage was sentenced, Roth—was arrested Feb. 13, 2006. After charging her with using illicitly obtained funds and participating in organized crime, Mexican authorities tossed her in jail at the Puente Grande women's penitentiary, five hours east of Puerto Vallarta.
Mexican authorities had been holding her for more than a year with evidence that she received a $50,000 deposit from Waage's bank account. Roth says she used that money to pay Waage's bills and that the rest of the money she received from him was her salary.
She has been charged with operaciones con recursos de procedencia ilicita and violacion a la ley federal contra la delincuencia organizada—operating with illicitly obtained money and violating federal law against organized crime—in connection with an international Ponzi scheme. The Mexican judicial process differs from the U.S. system in myriad ways. Of all those differences, though, the most significant one is that Roth must prove her innocence without the right to a trial by a jury of her peers.
But Roth's case has not yet reached the stage where a judge reviews the evidence, due to the case's complexity and the vagaries of Mexico's bureaucracy. Authorities in Mexico are waiting for a federal judge in the United States to interrogate Waage in North Carolina. The purpose was to get an official statement from Waage declaring that Roth was not part of his inner circle, that she did not know the origin of his money and that she used the money he gave her for legal purposes.
The United States Government has no higher responsibility than to serve and protect its citizens, including those who reside or are temporarily abroad. The Citizens Consular Services (CCS) Unit provides prompt, courteous, and efficient services to United States Citizens and other clients, consistent with U.S. laws and regulations.
The Puente Grande women's penitentiary is a long way from Lake Oswego, Oregon. Help bring her home. Sign this petition to tell the U.S. Federal Courts and other Government representatives to have Rebecca Roth extradited back to the U.S. to stand charges for Federal Ponzi schemes. Sign this petitionto tell the U.S. Government that Roth needs to be held accountable for charges of mail fraud and money laundering immediately.

Torture In America and Abroad
Human Rights Entitlements Include:
Civil and political rights such as the right to life, liberty and freedom from torture and slavery, freedom of opinion, expression and religion.
Economic and social rights such the right to health care, education, work, food and a reasonable standard of living.
Environmental and cultural rights including the right to live in a clean environment protected from destruction and the right to cultural, political and economic development.
Even though human rights exist as a birthright, to be effective they need to be accepted by everyone and enforced. On an international level human rights enforcement happens through the UN. However at a local level, enforcing human rights is everyone's responsibility from the government, courts, police and human rights agencies to schools, hospitals and workplaces. Our own awareness and respect for human rights is one of the most important ways to enforce them.
Ultimately, neglecting human rights costs money. Slowly governments and businesses around the world are becoming aware of the importance of respecting and protecting our entitlements. They realize that a poor human rights record has consequences such as economic sanctions and consumer and trade embargoes.
But while such penalties are reserved for those countries and businesses with the worst human rights abuses, countries like the United States, Great Britain and Australia also face cost burdens associated with poor human rights protection. This is seen most clearly in the impact of entrenched racism. For example the impact and costs of racism in the community is ultimately reflected in the costs to the criminal justice system, seen most obviously in the imprisonment rates.
Research needs to be undertaken to determine just how much discrimination and other human rights abuses cost us as a community. Putting a dollar value on the effects of human rights abuse and neglect is a powerful way to get the attention of governments, business and the entire community and commit us all to take action. We must also develop strategies to address the cause of racism and other forms of discrimination; the negative attitudes and behavior that prevent other people from enjoying their human rights entitlements.
If we are to minimize the costs of human rights neglect and grow and develop as a community that truly respects one another we need to commit to action.

Happy Passover!
G-d gave me dimples. F.REE of charge. I think that was another error when He created me. First, He gives me a name, Kini Lani, that means "bright heavens". Then, He gives me a last name, Cosma, that means: Cosmology-Order; Function, Design, Purpose, Interdependency. Yet, He has lifted His protection over me and has crippled me with:
A derailed life, being unlawfully detained because the U.S. has a budget shortage and they have no other way of controlling my comings and goings: Deprogramming through corrosive tendrils using common banality and cultivating fears: A form of beating one into submission to expand Government supervision of other peoples lives.
That's really "bright heavens," if you ask me! But, I guess it could be worse. I could just get a quick beating all at once and get it over with.
My Passover Dinner
We pray for G-d to express his anger and wrath at those who oppress us today as he did against Pharaoh when Pharaoh oppressed us in ancient times. This discussion is also unique to Pesach.
As a bitter vegetable (usually romaine lettuce) I had Sour Kraut to remind me that many Jews were free from the Holocaust only for them to oppress other Jews in America.
For Charoset (a sweet apple-wine-nut mixture), I had smoked apricot and ginger chicken & turkey sausage, made with poultry raised without hormones, no gluten, no MSG. This also substituted as the PassOver Lamb.
For the second bitter herb, I had a purple onion to remind me how beatup I've become because of the psychological warfare and gross neglect that's made me feel black and blue inside my heart. I have to admit, instead of Matzah I had bow tie noodles to remind me how the Jews robbed me of my youth and turned me into a transient woman, no longer being able to dress up elegantly.
Why Is This Night Different From All Other Nights?It isn't, thanx to the Jews. Then I mixed it altogether as my mom had once made a dish similar to this hoping that in the void between heaven and earth, we will all be mixed altogether and G-d will sort out the good and evil for their plans in eternity. And, now for desert:

The Extermination Of A Disenfranchised American Jew
A Jewish woman is being exterminated by local, state, federal, and international agencies and the DOJ in America. She has been black-balled from every professional earning capacity. Even one's that male sex offenders are entitled to. Other "Jews" have been authorized to commit a grand theft larceny offense on her $100k estate trust fund so that the woman must remain uncomfortable and suffer unneedlessly. This is because the woman has abused her First Amendment privilege calling out for help since 1991.
Today, she is barely surviving among Heathens who are constantly condemning, threatening, harassing, and emotionally beating her into submission. There is jealousy because the woman is more attractive than a "Jezebel" and a "Christian." Her disenfranchisement as an American jew has subjected her to EXCESSIVE PUNISHMENT for an EXTENSIVE and UNDETERMINATE amount of years while being forced into AGGRESSIVE AND ABSOLUTE EXCLUSION.
Apology after apology has become null and void of effect to this woman's ears and her disdain for America has gripped her entire being. Will the U.S. Government push her over the edge? Stay tuned at www.kinispolarbear.bravehost.com where she has managed to survive to upload evidence.
On one side, a Christian has decided to bully the woman believing that this will turn her to God. By accusing her and then violently interrupting when trying to clarify a statement is the result from both neighbors. The use of loud verbal arguments help to deliberately twist simple basic facts with the accusation that the woman is the one who is abusive.
By declaring that the woman is a "persecutor of the brethern" they can take out their misery on her by using her as a verbal punching bag. Knowing that this woman is vulnerable and verging on suicide because of the forced isolation results in no empathy. These people are taking pleasure in her pain and suffering and feel that it is their duty to continue to slap her back and forth while trying to make her cry. They know they are immune and in control because they know it is the intent of the U.S. Government to use excessive punishment until she is exterminated.
On the other side is a "Jezebel" who blames this woman for being mean because she won't date the men "Jezebel" has bedded. Challenging the woman to physical and emotional combat is the result of all the dysfunctional lifestyles surrounding this woman. Trash and filthy lucre mysteriously invade the transient woman's temporary job of maintaining a home and yard. Being forced to have to confront the "Jezebel"; Loud scream fests in front of utility workers;
There can be no respect for this woman because the woman is Jewish, poor, vulnerable, has no family, and may not drive a motor vehicle.
Has the Department of Justice conspired to use these kinds of cases as proof to maintain and justify that wiretapping is essential in America?
Are they experimenting by disallowing her to associate with colleagues of her own stature by forcing her into isolation and having to depend on American men to assist her with the small task of driving her to the store?
Is it really necessary to wipe blood on the womans' brand new pair of Levi's after giving an American man items costing well over $100 because her dog playfully bit his hand?
This is the gratitude and the kinds of persons who this woman must associate with while being invisible in society.
Will the State of California invade Canada as they did in Oregon by concocting a devious tactical strategy to excessively punish her over and over again?
In a month, the 51 year old woman will, once again, have to destroy all of her property and abandon her wild horse mustangs that have kept her alive all these years so that she can possibly save her own life by fleeing into Canada.
Will her death be declared one of "natural causes?"
Stay tune to find out how the woman has been so demoralized and emotionally beaten up by the American public as an indirect result of the DOJ and their reps.
